Building up to the 2020 show this November, the Independent Schools Show is organising a series of Parents Forum events to help parents plan and support their child’s educational journey.

Forum events are free but attendees need to register in advance.

01 Lets talk about School Fees... Financial strategy to help families manage through the C-19 crisis

Wednesday 3 June 2020  10:30am - 11:30am

This online event is for parents whose income has temporarily fallen because of the Covid-19 crisis. Get the advice you need to keep your child in independent education.

  • David Quintrell & James Alder, Directors of Brewin Dolphin, will discuss the merits of different financial strategies for parents looking to find ways to pay school fees.
  • William Petty, Director, Bonas Macfarlane will give an overview of the different approaches schools have taken to fees and payment during the Covid-19 crisis.


02 Reception Admissions - how to keep ahead in lockdown

Tuesday 16 June 2020  10:30am - 11:30am

An online event for parents to understand how nurseries and Pre-Prep/Prep Schools are managing the admissions processes for Reception 2020 and 2021 during lockdown.
